Dr. Foad attended  The Johns Hopkins University where she received a BA in art history as well as a Masters in Epidemiology from The Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health.  She then graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and went on to finish her residency in Washington, D.C. at the Washington Hospital Center.

She has been in private practice in the Cincinnati area for the past 5 years in the office of Dr. Lee J Vesper, and is excited to open her own practice. 

She is currently the Dermatology Expert for All About Kids Magazine online where she has a feature article and answers parents questions.
